MOTUS SOL Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 2025

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing takes approximately 3-4 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, new product drops, or promotional periods.

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. domestic orders over $150.00 USD (before taxes, discounts, and fees).

  • Orders under $150.00 USD will incur shipping charges determined by carrier rates and the customer’s location.

  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

  • All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • MOTUS SOL is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • For claims regarding missing or damaged items, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges Shipping Responsibilities

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility requirements.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, customers must also pay shipping costs for the replacement item.

  • International returns: All associated shipping, duties, and fees are the customer’s responsibility. MOTUS SOL does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. and select international destinations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or locations restricted by U.S. export laws.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address at checkout. MOTUS SOL is not liable for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Policy Updates

MOTUS SOL reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page and will apply immediately to all orders placed thereafter.
